Advantages of e-Commerce

     For the Company, to shorten the distance, market expansion, business partners network expansion and efficiency, in other words speed up service to customers, and more responsive service, and reduce costs associated with paper, such as letter postage, printing, reports, and so on so as to increase revenue.
     For consumen, effective, physically safe and flexible
     For the General Public, reduce pollution and environmental pollution, new employment opportunities, benefiting the academic world, improve the quality of human resources (Januri, et al, 2008).

Disadvantages of e-Commerce

     Increasing Individualism, in electronic trading one can transact and get items / services required without meeting anyone.
     Cause sometimes disappointment, what is seen on the monitor computer is sometimes different from what is seen by naked eye. (Januri, et al, 2008)
